Pharmacy practices in CF care are ever evolving with new medications, dosing considerations, and innovative treatment approaches continuously changing the therapeutic landscape. This session will explore the use of elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor (ETI) during pregnancy, including maternal and neonatal outcomes and postnatal monitoring strategies. Participants will also examine the role of oral contraceptives in managing hormone-related fluctuations in CF symptoms, review key considerations for psychiatric medication use across pediatric and adult populations, and discuss the intersection of asthma management within CF care.
