People with cystic fibrosis are living longer than ever, but "successful aging" looks different across the CF community. As the population ages, care teams face a new landscape of medical comorbidities alongside evolving psychosocial challenges. This symposium convenes a multidisciplinary panel to examine the medical, nutritional, movement-based, and behavioral dimensions of healthy aging in cystic fibrosis. Four expert speakers will highlight emerging evidence, modifiable lifestyle behaviors, and research gaps, followed by an interactive panel discussion.
