W33-- Applying Quality Improvement Methods to Achieve Best Practices

This workshop will equip attendees with practical, real-world strategies for applying Quality Improvement (QI) methods to achieve and sustain best practices in a busy clinical setting. Participants will gain a clear understanding of key QI tools, such as process mapping, Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) cycles, and Key Driver Diagrams, and how to apply them to improve patient outcomes, care delivery, and safety within multidisciplinary CF teams. Through case-based examples and interactive discussion, speakers will highlight successful approaches to implementing and scaling QI initiatives across clinical settings. Attendees will leave prepared to identify improvement opportunities, test and implement change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within their own CF programs.
