Kaya Doucette, LCSW

Connecticut Children's

Kayla Doucette, LCSW is a social worker with the Central Connecticut Cystic Fibrosis Center at Connecticut Children’s, where she has supported children and their families for over two years. She specializes in trauma-informed care and works closely with patients navigating the complex emotional and social impacts of cystic fibrosis.
Kayla brings a diverse professional background spanning domestic violence shelters, outpatient and in-home programs, and educational settings, which informs her holistic, family-centered approach. She is deeply committed to advocacy and is passionate about empowering individuals with cystic fibrosis and their families through compassionate, strengths-based support.
