Aimee is a registered dietitian and diabetes educator at Rutgers/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School with 16 years of experience caring for people with cystic fibrosis. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their health and nutrition goals through personalized, compassionate care. Her practice is built on curiosity, collaboration, and meaningful connections with patients to identify challenges and develop practical, sustainable solutions.
In addition to her clinical work, she serves as a board member of the CF Consortium (formerly the CF Dietitian and Social Worker Consortium) and is a member of the Mid Atlantic CF Consortium conference planning committee, contributing to initiatives that strengthen collaboration and improve care for people living with cystic fibrosis.
Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and exploring different cuisines, always finding inspiration in new experiences and cultures.
