The University of Kansas Health System

Allison Bustos is a registered dietitian that works as the outpatient clinical dietitian for the adult and pediatric Cystic Fibrosis (CF) patient population at the University of Kansas Health System. Allison received her dual masters degree in Nutritional Science and Exercise Physiology from San Diego State University (SDSU). Prior to the start of her current role in CF in 2017, she worked for two years in a weight loss clinic in San Diego. She also received her Bachelors in Nutritional Science from SDSU and completed the dietetic internship in Oklahoma City.
