Fiona Moore, RD, MSc Advanced Practice, Supplementary Prescriber, is a Lecturer and Professional Lead for Dietetics at Glasgow Caledonian University, where she teaches across undergraduate dietetic and postgraduate AHP programmes. Fiona previously worked clinically for the West of Scotland Adult CF service and remains actively involved in cystic fibrosis nutrition through the British Dietetic Association (BDA) Specialist Cystic Fibrosis Group, having previously served on the committee, and is involved in the development of the new UK nutrition guidelines with the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. She is also a committee member of the European Cystic Fibrosis Nutrition Group, co-chair of the NTM Nutrition Group, and Chair of the Regional BDA West of Scotland Group. Her key clinical and research interests include bone health, body composition, and micronutrients. Fiona previously led work enabling dietitians to request DEXA bone scans and is also a voluntary speaker for the Royal Osteoporosis Society.
