Jacob Fairholm holds a Masters of Science degree and works as a graduate research assistant in the Department of Infectious Diseases at the University of Georgia. His research involves host-pathogen interactions focusing on how neutrophils respond to bacterial infections in cystic fibrosis. He completed his undergraduate degree in microbiology and masters degree in microbiology and molecular biology at Brigham Young University.
