Sylvia Szentpetery, MD

Medical University of South Carolina

Dr. Sylvia Szentpetery, MD is an associate professor of Pediatrics and pediatric pulmonogist at the Medical University of South Carolina. She serves as Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis center director. She received her medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She went on to complete her pediatric residency at the University of Virginia and her pulmonology fellowship at the Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. Her primary areas of interest include prenatal treatment of cystic fibrosis related complications and evolving nutritional status in the modulator era.
