Cansu Yılmaz Yegit, MD, is an Associate Professor of Pediatric Pulmonology at Marmara University School of Medicine, Istanbul, Turkey, home to Turkey's largest cystic fibrosis center, providing care for nearly 500 CF patients. The center is a member of the Cystic Fibrosis Clinical Trials Network. She has been working in the field of pediatric pulmonology since 2018, with particular clinical and research interests in cystic fibrosis, interstitial lung diseases, and bronchiectasis. She is an active member of the Turkish Thoracic Society, the European Respiratory Society, and the Turkish Pediatric Pulmonology Association.
