Individuals with CF may often experience a variety of gastro-intestinal and hepatobiliary manifestations, ranging from GERD and dysmotility to complex gut and liver disease. Our discussion will review how crucial management of GERD and related conditions is in relation to optimizing post-transplant outcomes for pwCF. We will also review abdominal pain within CF as well as dysbiosis and dysmotility, and how these conditions may impact outcomes and quality of life for pwCF. Lastly, we will also be reviewing metabolic dysfunction associated liver disease (MASLD) and its evolution within the CF population today.
