Shine-Ann Pai

Ascension Dell Children's Medical Center of Central Texas

Shine-Ann Pai, BSRC, RRT, CLSSGB has been caring for people with Cystic Fibrosis (CF) since 1998, and joined the Central Texas CF Center in 2000. She is the the Pediatric CF Program Coordinator, Quality Improvement (QI) Specialist for both the pediatric and adult CF centers, and the Registered Respiratory Therapist for the Dell Children's Medical Center in Austin. Shine-Ann was the recipient of the CF Foundation (CFF) 2023 Mary M. Kontos Care Champion Award. She has served as a mentor in the Mentor Program since 2009 and as a facilitator for the Program Coordinator Leadership sessions since 2025. She joined the CFF QI Team Coaching Program as a QI coach in 2018 and the Partnership Enhancement Program as a facilitator in 2022. Shine-Ann and her team also participated in CFLN. She has presented and chaired in multiple North American CF Conferences. Shine-Ann continues to participate in various CFF committees and events.
