Amber Neece, MA, RDN, CDCES, is a clinical dietitian and diabetes educator with the Adult Cystic Fibrosis Center at the University of Utah. She holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and is passionate about integrating nutrition and counseling approaches to help patients improve their relationship with food. Amber is currently a third-year doctoral student in the Clinical & Translational Epidemiology program at the University of Utah School of Medicine, where her dissertation research focuses on CF-related diabetes and CF liver disease. Outside of her professional and academic work, she enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring Utah’s recreational opportunities.
