Vincent List

Community Speaker

Vincent List is a musician, comedian, and advocate living with cystic fibrosis. Vincent has spent his life defying expectations and turning challenges into opportunities to inspire others. Through humor, music, and his personal journey through two double lung transplants, he shares a powerful message about resilience, purpose, and making a meaningful impact. At 30 years old, he continues to embrace life as a self-described "pulmonary adventurer," dedicated to making a difference and helping others find hope in the face of adversity.
