Carol Chace, MSW, LICSW is the Cystic Fibrosis Program Social Worker at Children's Hospital in Washington, DC for the Pediatric and Adult Care Centers. She expands programming by mentoring graduate social work students and partners with patients, families and care teams to help them access care.
