Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
Elizabeth Yu, PhD, serves as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Senior Director of Training and Clinical Resources. Her goals with the Foundation are to support and develop a cohort of physician scientists who can carry forward critical CF research questions and caring for people with CF. Before joining CFF, Elizabeth worked at the Congressionally Directed Medical Research Programs managing grants, coordinating review meetings, and facilitating the development of ground-breaking and patient-relevant research. Elizabeth received her PhD in Molecular Biophysics and Structural Biology from the University of Pittsburgh where she studied the impact of protein mutations on structure and stability.
