Shiqiao Zhao is a PhD candidate in the Department of Environmental Health at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. Her research focuses on single-cell genomics, computational biology, and statistical methods for analyzing single-cell transcriptomic data, with an emphasis on airway and nasal epithelial biology and cystic fibrosis. Prior to joining Harvard, she earned a bachelor's degree in Statistics from UC Davis and a master's degree in Biostatistics from Yale university. Her current work integrates single-cell sequencing with computational approaches to investigate epithelial cell heterogeneity and ionocyte biology.
