This networking session will equip CF social workers, mental health coordinators as well as other CF disciplines, with the skills and knowledge to build meaningful connections not only with patients, but also with community partners, through interactive activities and discussion while also learning about new CF-oriented resources for CF patients, their caregivers and families. In addition, this session also provides an opportunity for mental health coordinators, social workers and other mental health disciplines to connect with and learn how other mental health coordinators across CF centers approach their variable role.
