Kerry-Lee Watson (RD) is the Clinical Lead Cystic Fibrosis Specialist Dietitian at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London, with more than 24 years of clinical experience, the majority dedicated to cystic fibrosis care within the Adult CF Service at King’s College Hospital.
Some of her specialist interests include gastrointestinal health, the gut–brain axis, diabetes, and body image and disordered eating in CF. With a background in human kinetics and ergonomics, alongside a strong interest in physical activity and sport, she brings a holistic, physiology-informed approach to nutritional care, integrating psychological and functional wellbeing with a commitment to delivering value-based healthcare.
Kerry has been an active member of the British Dietetic Association CF Specialist Group for many years, including serving as Co-Chair. She contributes extensively to national CF nutrition leadership through collaborative work with the Cystic Fibrosis Trust and NHS England. She is a contributing author to the UK CF Trust Nutrition Consensus Guidelines and associated nutrition fact sheets, and has presented her work at the European Cystic Fibrosis Society Conference, the North American Cystic Fibrosis Conference, and national multidisciplinary forums.
