CF is no longer a single, uniform experience. Treatment advances, variable access to therapies, cultural and linguistic diversity, and differences in disease expression have created a wide spectrum of realities for people living with CF. This symposium explores how clinicians can personalize care within this evolving landscape. Through clinical and patient-centered perspectives-including language and cultural barriers, transplant transitions, and siblings with identical genotypes but divergent disease courses-attendees will gain insight into delivering responsive, equitable, and individualized care.
