Marcin Madej, PT, DPT

NYP-Columbia Hospital

Marcin Madej PT, DPT is a Physical Therapist holding the position of Emergency Department Senior Advanced Clinician at NYP-Columbia Hospital in New York City. Born in Krakow, Poland. Graduated from CUNY Graduate Center / Hunter College Physical Therapy program in 2011. Performed numerous rotations at NYP-Columbia, including: Cardiopulmonary (Medical and Cardiac ICUs), Outpatient/inpatient Pediatrics (PICU), Adult and Pediatric Cystic Fibrosis Clinics, Neurology etc - currently permanently stationed at the Adult Emergency Room. He continues to see patients at home across the lifespan. Part of the NYP Proning team during the COVID pandemic. Enjoys teaching - has done so for over 12+ years at Columbia University DPT Program as well as NACFC as well as orienting/teaching new staff memebrs to the hospital. Participated in the NACFC PT Mentor program. Part of the 2025 NACFC Pain Guidleines team.
