Despite shared mechanisms of disease and disease manifestations, bronchiectasis caused by CF versus other etiologies have been treated separately for clinical care and therapeutic development. Recent therapeutic advances have motivated a better understanding of collaboration across the bronchiectasis spectrum in drug development and clinical care. This symposium session will review key learnings related to disease mechanism and clinical manifestations between these conditions to inform the future of clinical care and therapeutic development.
